Individual Bookings


The Individual Bookings Report offers a more in-depth view of the reservations made, their status and the affiliate commission generated by your account.

IMPORTANT: This report can only be accessed from within the Partner Centre and should not be confused with your personal customer account. This is where you can see all reservations you have made as customer, but is unrelated to your affiliate account.

Reservation status

Reservations can have one of the following statuses:

White (not finalised)

The reservation has not been confirmed by the accommodation, or the guest didn’t stay.

It may take up to 30 days after the guest has checked out, for a property to send us confirmation of the stay. Once the booking has been confirmed, we’ll include your commission in the next payment due to you.

IMPORTANT: If a reservation is modified before the guest arrives, the change won’t be reflected in the report until the end of the stay and following the confirmation we receive from the property.

Green (fInalised)

Once the guest has checked out and the stay has been confirmed by the property, the status of the booking changes to green, i.e finalised.

Red (cancelled)

If the guest doesn’t show up or cancels the reservation before the check-in date (this is only possible in the case of refundable reservations), the reservation shows in red and you won’t receive any affiliate commission..

In these cases, as doesn’t receive commission for cancellations or no-shows, you won’t receive affiliate commission either.

Credit Slip details

The Individual Bookings Report is a useful way of seeing which reservations relate to a specific credit slip.

The credit slip we send when an affiliate payment is in process doesn’t include details about the reservations that have already been processed and paid.

The report allows you to search for a specific credit slip. You’ll be able to find information, including when the reservation was made, the dates of the booking, accommodation details and the booker’s country, along with much more.

Searching for a specific reservation

If you want to confirm the status of a specific reservation, you can select the ‘Check-Out Date’ option at the top of the page, then select the appropriate date range.

This option will show only stayed reservations in the date range you’ve selected.

IMPORTANT: It may take up to 24 hours before a reservation appears in this report.

Why haven’t I received my commission payment?

You can check the Individual Bookings Report if you’re expecting a payment if you haven’t received the credit slip by email. This is usually sent within the first week of the month, once you’re eligible for a payment.

You can select the month you want to check from the menu at the top of the page. You’ll see quickly whether you’ve achieved the minimum EUR 100 threshold and whether payment is due in the next month.

Example: Since we pay 30 days after the EUR 100 threshold has been met, if the current month is, say, June, you can check your status by following these steps:

  • At the top of the report page, select the dates from April 1st until April 30th.
  • If the reservations shown have the same credit slip number in the equivalent column, the payment is in process and you’ll receive it by the end of the current month.
