How can I change my email address?

You can change your email address by going to ‘Your Account’ followed by ‘Account Setup’. If you no longer have access to your old email address, please contact our support team, who can help you update it.

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, please contact our support team using the email address registered in our system. You can fill out the contact form in the Partner Center.

Can I grant other users access to my account?

You can invite users to access your account by adding them in Your Account – User Management. If you are the account admin, you can set permissions for each user. You can restrict or allow access to a specific set of websites or to the stats of your account and also prevent users from creating new products or adding new websites.

Why do I need a security key for certain actions?

Security keys provide a higher level of account security. They protect important data such as your password, invoicing email address and bank details if your account login is compromised.

How can I change my password?

To change your account password click here and select ‘Forgotten your password?’. You will need to provide your admin email address and your Affiliate ID. A security code will then be sent to your admin email address.

Can I operate multiple websites from the same account?

Yes, you can add new websites to your account in Website Management. Each new website will receive a separate Affiliate ID.

How can I change the name of my business?

If only the name is changing, you can update this in Your Account by going to Account Setup > Company Details > Company Name. A security key will then be sent to your admin email address. In the case of a change of ownership, you will need to create a new account.

Can I add my own logo or brand name to my page on Booking.com?

Yes, you can request what we call a ‘co-brand solution’. This means you will be able to display your logo below the Booking.com header. Visit the co-brand page to learn more.

Can I link to any page on Booking.com?

Yes, you can link to anywhere on the Booking.com website using the Links tool. This includes generic landing pages, destination pages and accommodation property pages. Find out how to make the most of the tool with our step-by-step guide.

Can I use Booking.com’s API solution?

We can only offer our API solution to partners with an average of 500+ bookings per month, that is why we will need to evaluate your business model first. If you want to request the API, please send a request through the contact form in your Partner Center account.

Can I request Booking.com’s white label?

We no longer offer a white label product. We have found that conversion is better when linking to pages that show a co-brand solution. You can find out more about co-brand solutions here.

Are affiliate products in the Partner Center optimised for mobile?

Our most popular affiliate products, the Search Box and Co-Brand, are optimized for mobile devices. You can learn how to implement the Search Box in our step-by-step guide.

How do I add the affiliate product to my website?

If your site is built in WordPress, we have a quick and easy plugin and a guide to show you how to implement the search box code yourself. If you are unfamiliar with code or you don’t use WordPress, we advise you to contact your web-master or web-designer.

What is an Affiliate ID?

An Affiliate ID (or AID) is a unique six/seven digit number that identifies your account in our system: it can start with 1, 3, 8 or 9. We use it to track the reservations made through your affiliate products, which are tagged with your AID. If a reservation is not linked to your AID, unfortunately we can’t assign the commission to your account.

How much commission do I receive per booking?

For the bookings you generate, you will receive a share of the commission Booking.com receives from the property. More detailed information on commission can be found in the Affiliates Hub.

When will I receive my commission?

Booking.com pays commission 30 to 60 days after the EUR 100 threshold has been reached. More detailed information on commission can be found in the Affiliates Hub.

What’s my commission percentage based on?

Your commission rate is based on the number of stayed bookings you generate per month. This means the guest must have checked out that month for their booking to count towards the commission total. More detailed information on commission can be found in the Affiliates Hub.

How can I track bookings?

All reservations made through your unique affiliate link (http://www.booking.com/index.html?aid=XXXXX) are automatically attributed to your account.

We also assign your Affiliate ID to the products you create in the Partner Center, so we can track reservations made through these. We don’t use cookies to track affiliate commission, so only reservations made with your Affiliate ID can be counted towards your commission total.

I didn’t include my Affiliate ID in the link to Booking.com. Can I still get commission?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to attribute reservations to your AID after they’ve been made.

Can I use my Affiliate ID when making personal bookings?

Yes, you can.

Why haven’t I been paid?

There are three possible reasons for this:
1. The threshold of EUR 100 hasn’t been reached yet.
2. The 30 to 60-day payment processing period has not yet passed since the guest’s check-out date.
3. Your account details in the Partner Center are incorrect, please double-check that they’re up to date and do not contain any non-latin characters.
